Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Accounts Receivable Team Leader to join our team at McArthurGlen Group. As a key member of our Global Operational Finance Centre of Excellence, you will be responsible for supervising our global Accounts Receivable team to ensure all invoices are raised accurately and sent on time, the Sales ledger is up to date and reconciled, and all cash is received on a timely basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the global Accounts Receivable team to achieve high levels of accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure all invoices are raised accurately and sent on time, and the Sales ledger is up to date and reconciled
  • Manage cash receipt processes to ensure timely and accurate receipt of cash
  • Support the wider Global Accounts Receivable team in the Global Operational Finance Centre of Excellence
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Heads of Legal and Leasing, Centre teams, and other key internal stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including tenants, banks, auditors, and other key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in supervising a team in a busy Accounts Receivable department
  • Ability to ensure high levels of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Understanding of all regulatory compliance
  • Detailed understanding of debt collection processes and legal requirements
  • IT skills: Intermediate Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Advanced Excel
