Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students on our Business and Tourism Management Programme.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering engaging and interactive lectures, workshops, and tutorials
  • Assessing student work and providing constructive feedback
  • Developing and updating course materials and resources
  • Participating in staff development activities and peer observations
  • Contributing to the development of the programme and its curriculum
  • Providing administrative support as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant honours degree and Master's level qualification, or equivalent professional experience
  • A Postgraduate Certificate of Academic Practice or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Previous lecturing experience in a similar field
  • Experience of teaching and assessing students
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development
