Key Responsibilities

As an IPS Job Placement Manager, your key responsibilities include:

1. Managing a diverse caseload of clients with mental health conditions and other complex barriers to employment.

2. Engaging with local employers to secure competitive, integrated employment opportunities that match client skills and abilities.

3. Providing ongoing in-work support for up to six months post-placement to ensure successful transition and retention in employment.

4. Promoting rapid job search strategies to engage clients with the job market as quickly as possible.

5. Demonstrating proven experience in employment support, particularly within the IPS model, to help clients secure and sustain employment.

A valid driving license and reliable transportation are mandatory for this role, allowing effective communication with clients and engagement with local employers.
