* Manage and oversee store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability

* Undertake store administration duties, including setting sales quotas and KPIs, performance management, and managing sales and financial reports
* Liaise and work with various departments, including HR, Operations, Warehouse, and Marketing

* Monitor inventory levels and order new items
* Schedule and manage the rota to ensure adequate manpower
* Maintain quality standards in customer service and health and safety

* Build, develop, and maintain a high-performing team
* Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
* Train and educate team members on making drink processes and policies
* Manage and create content for TikTok in your branch
* Complete reasonable tasks assigned by the company

Requirements:

* Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a managerial or supervisor role in a fast-paced food or beverage industry
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
* Legally eligible to work in the UK
* Energetic person with a positive attitude and a 'can-do' mindset
* Strong leadership and customer management abilities
* Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
* Willing to learn new skills and share knowledge with customers and the team
