We are seeking a skilled Prep and Serve Specialist - Schools to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious meals to students and staff. In this role, you will work closely with our Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest standards.\**Key Responsibilities:**\* Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment* Adhering to health and safety regulations and food hygiene guidelines* Providing excellent customer service to students and staff* Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service operations\**Requirements:**\* Previous experience in a similar role or relevant training/education* Excellent communication and teamwork skills* Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor during busy periods* Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends\**Salary:** £22,500 per annum (dependent on experience)\**Benefits:**\* Comprehensive training program to enhance your knowledge and expertise* Ongoing support and guidance from experienced colleagues and management* A fun and inclusive work environment with opportunities to make new friends and connections\**Location:** This role is based in a school environment, so you must be willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
