Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.

Location: The Midlands / Yorkshire area.

Salary / Benefits: £26k - £40k + Training + Benefits.

We are seeking a skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out asbestos surveys, with opportunities to conduct analytical tasks for those with the P403/4 qualification. The role will involve working on various sites, including commercial, industrial, social housing, public sector, and healthcare locations. The ideal candidate will have experience working for a renowned Asbestos Consultancy and be proficient in using TEAMS / TRACKER systems. They will also have excellent knowledge of relevant HSG guidelines and a positive, professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting asbestos surveys on commercial, industrial, social housing, public sector, and healthcare sites.
- Carrying out 4-stage clearances, smoke, leak, background, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
- Re-inspection surveys upon completion of work.
- Using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to gather information and produce detailed reports.
- Undertaking audits on site in line with client requirements.
- Liaising with clients, providing excellent consultancy advice and support.

Requirements:
- Holding the BOHS P402, P403, P404, or RSPH equivalent qualification.
- Consideration given to candidates who only hold P402 or P403/4 qualification.
- Experience working for a renowned Asbestos Consultancy.
- Competent in using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
- Excellent knowledge of relevant HSG guidelines.
- Positive and professional attitude.
