Lettings Administrator

Job Overview: PTL Lettings is seeking a skilled Lettings Administrator to facilitate property lettings, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings for potential tenants, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Facilitate rental agreements between tenants and landlords, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Manage property listings on various platforms, ensuring maximum visibility and exposure.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the letting process, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Liaise with landlords and tenants to ensure seamless transactions, maintaining open communication and resolving any disputes.
- Assist in organising and attending property events, promoting the company's services and building relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple property listings and client interactions effectively.
- Excellent administrative abilities to handle paperwork and documentation accurately.
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous for communicating with a diverse clientele.
- Exceptional communication skills to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
Working Arrangements:
- Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Remuneration:
- Up to £22,500.00 per year
Working Hours:
- No less than 25 per week
