About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Pensions team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the service, supporting the staff team and the people we support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the staff team and the people we support
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the service
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support
  • Work closely with local GPs, psychologists, psychiatrists, speech and language therapists, and community/learning disability nurses
  • Develop and implement person-centred, responsive support plans
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or willingness to work towards this qualification
  • Use of a vehicle is essential
  • Registration with Social Care Wales within 6 months of starting the role
  • Participation in the On Call rota for the service
