About the Role

The Paid Social and Display Marketing Manager will be responsible for delivering best-in-class executions across the entire paid social and display landscape, driving incremental uplifts in customer behavior within agreed allowable costs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Paid Social and Display agencies, including briefing, media plan reviews, testing plans, and ongoing performance reviews.
  • Provide weekly reporting to internal stakeholders with clear insights on performance.
  • Pitch new opportunities to internal stakeholders to drive incremental performance for new, existing, and lapsed customers.
  • Develop and manage the mid-to-long-term strategic roadmap for Paid Social and Display marketing.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver best-in-class creative, product feeds, and first-party data.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role for a fashion/apparel retailer.
  • Understanding of measuring incremental impact of marketing activity.
  • Commercial performance beyond platform revenue and ROAS.
  • Effective agency management and hands-on platform experience.
  • Experience with US paid media activations.
