The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Store Supervisor to support our management team in achieving excellence. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the visual presentation of the store, ensuring a commercially aware and engaging customer experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • People
    • Build strong relationships with the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and respect.
    • Display personal motivation to inspire the team and drive results.
    • Develop and implement effective training and incentives to enhance team performance.
    • Adapt to different people and situations, using your initiative and problem-solving skills.
    • Manage time effectively, completing tasks efficiently and following company policies and procedures.
  • Product
    • Stay up-to-date on current product knowledge, using available tools and information.
    • Develop comprehensive product knowledge, including best sellers, underperforming categories, and customer profiles.
    • Implement merchandising standards, replenishment procedures, and housekeeping standards to maintain a high level of presentation.
    • Plan and execute visual merchandising, merchandise, and retail directives in a timely manner.
    • Monitor and respond to the results of your strategies, making adjustments as needed.
  • Commercial
    • Drive the team to achieve sales targets, understanding the impact of actions on customer experience and sales.
    • Develop and maintain a strong commercial awareness of competitors and local markets, communicating findings to the management team.
    • Keep the team up-to-date on brand promotions, marketing activity, and campaigns, and ensure effective communication with customers.
    • Capture customer data at the point of sale, using it to inform customer relationship management.
    • Build and maintain a strong digital focus, embracing new initiatives and driving brand profile enhancements.
  • Operations
    • In the absence of the Location Manager or Deputy Manager, take charge of daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient running of the store.
    • Adhere to and support all Company health and safety procedures, using equipment properly and reporting any potentially unsafe conditions.
    • Support loss prevention measures, protecting the assets of the Company by reporting any misuse or theft of Company property.
    • Be competent in supporting and being responsible for cash handling and banking procedures.
