We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Program Director to join our Defined Contribution Processing team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for overseeing the workflow and priority management of DC investment change projects, ensuring timely delivery and high accuracy. You will work closely with project stakeholders, both internally and externally, to deliver projects to a high standard and within agreed project milestones.

  • Pro-actively planning ahead, prioritizing, and organizing work to meet ongoing business priorities.
  • Facilitating smooth knowledge transfer and ongoing development within the team via well-documented and updated training materials.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and driving colleague training, development, and team performance.
  • Self-starting with managing DC Processing Team project items and actions, attending internal and external calls with project stakeholders, and spearheading more complex/project work when required.
