Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to lead advice on corporate transactions, share sales, investments, and MBOs. Key responsibilities include advising clients on corporate transactions, using a case management system, and growing a client base.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Good IT skills, case management system experience, and Office 365 proficiency are required. A minimum commitment of four days a week is expected due to the anticipated workload.
