Senior Social Care Professional

Essex County Council is seeking an experienced Senior Social Care Professional to join our team in the Adult Social Services department in South East England.
The role involves working with vulnerable adults and their families who require complex social care support. You will be responsible for assessing individual needs, developing care plans, and coordinating services to ensure optimal outcomes.
This position requires a qualified social worker with significant experience in adult social care, preferably in a similar local authority setting. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A strong understanding of current legislation, regulations, and best practices in adult social care is essential. Experience in chairing meetings and developing strong relationships with partner agencies and the local community is also desirable.
