Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Designer to join our team. As a Senior Technical Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our games and ensuring that our design and engineering teams are aligned.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Designing and implementing game systems and features that meet both design and technical requirements.
  2. Collaborating with art, engineering, design, and production teams to ensure that the game vision is aligned across the board.
  3. Prototyping new gameplay features and providing guidance to the design and technical teams.
  4. Ensuring that our games are optimized for performance and meet the expectations of our players.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Designer who is passionate about game development and has a strong understanding of game design principles and technical workflows.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Strong experience in a Design/Engineering position with an emphasis on Technical Design.
  2. Shipped at least one commercial title on current gen consoles.
  3. Multiplayer experience would be a bonus.
  4. Experience in networking and Unreal Engine.
  5. Knowledge of visual scripting suites (Blueprints).
  6. Ability to analyze and deconstruct the work of others.
  7. Good knowledge of game and level design principles.
