About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to support the delivery of educational activities in a dynamic and stimulating environment. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the early years teacher to ensure the smooth operation of the classroom, provide one-on-one support to students as needed, and contribute to creating a safe and engaging learning space.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the early years teacher in delivering educational activities, including lesson planning and preparation
  • Assisting with the supervision of young children during class and playtime, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
  • Helping to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and motivation
  • Providing one-on-one support to students who require extra help, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs
  • Assisting with classroom preparation, tidying up, and maintaining a organized and clutter-free workspace

Required Qualifications and Experience
  • A minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths, demonstrating a strong foundation in core subjects
  • An Enhanced DBS check, ensuring you are suitable to work with vulnerable groups, particularly children
