Deliver Exceptional Customer Service in Our Retail Betting Shops

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Customer Service Manager to join our team at Entain. As a key member of our shop team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Take bets on a wide range of sports and events, processing customer transactions and handling cash.
  • Help customers understand our products and betting terminals, providing demonstrations and guidance as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the shop team to achieve sales targets and maintain high shop standards.
  • Open and close the shop as needed, ensuring a smooth and secure operation.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or over to work in one of our betting shops.
  • Passion for delivering great customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
  • Ability to deal with challenging situations in a calm and professional manner.
