About the Role:This position involves delivering personalized education packages to students in or around Billericay, utilizing the expertise of an experienced teacher to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
Responsibilities:- Design and implement customized lesson plans that cater to the unique needs and abilities of each student
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and adjust teaching approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes
- Cultivate strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration and support
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification
- Have prior experience working with students with special educational needs or those who are disconnected from formal education
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
£35,000 - £45,000 per annum, based on experience.
