Job Title: Mechanical Contracts Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a mechanical department dealing with small projects, as well as ongoing servicing and reactive works throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing cost pricing and estimates for new mechanical / HVAC works / reactive works
  • Carry out any amendments or variations to existing projects / contracts
  • Review technical drawings and specifications for take offs to create a materials list
  • Ensuring SLAs are met, as well as maintaining regular contact with customers to keep them updated
  • Ensuring health and safety requirements are met, across the department
  • Managing labour, both direct and sub-contractors
Requirements:
  • Technical background, within the HVAC industry, ideally heating or plumbing
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Based within commutable distance to the office
  • Previous design experience advantageous
  • HNC in building services desirable
  • SMSTS desirable
Benefits:
  • Basic salary £50,000 to £55,000, depending on experience
  • Company car or car allowance
  • 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
  • Company phone and laptop
  • Working hours - 7:30am - 5pm
