About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Laundry Assistant to join our team at The Sidcup Care Home. As a Laundry Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of laundry within our home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of laundry, including washing, drying, ironing, and repairing items of clothing as needed.
  • Manage linen stocks for day-to-day use around the home, raising any issues to the Senior Housekeeper as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure our residents are happy and comfortable in their home.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to take pride in your work, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organisation. You will also need to be comfortable multitasking and working with other teams to achieve our goals.
