Are you a skilled CNC Miller looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Precision Engineering Machinist to join a well-established company in Knaresborough.

As a Precision Engineering Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce complex, high-quality parts to meet strict standards. You will work with a variety of materials, including polymers and metal, and have experience of producing prototypes and first-offs to drawings.

The ideal candidate will have confident CNC setting and operating experience, as well as knowledge of modern quality control standards and measurement of parts. They will also have the ability to select, set and change machine tools, and experience of working to tight tolerances.

We are offering a competitive salary of £18 per hour, inclusive of shift allowance, plus benefits such as 25 days holiday, a 4-day week on late shift, and regular paid overtime. Our company invests in the training and development of our employees, and offers opportunities for career progression.

The role requires the ability to work a rotational shift, which includes early mornings and late evenings. However, this provides a great work-life balance and allows you to enjoy your weekends off.
