We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Academic Coverage Coordinator at beBee Professionals. This exciting opportunity will involve overseeing classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring that students remain engaged and productive.

Responsibilities

• Supervise classrooms effectively, promoting a culture of academic excellence and social responsibility.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and provide support to students as needed.
• Maintain a safe and ordered classroom environment, adhering to our school's policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to provide constructive feedback on student progress.
• Support students with their learning, helping them overcome any challenges they may face.

Requirements

• Qualifications and Experience: A degree in Education or a related field, with prior experience working in a school setting preferred but not essential.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and other stakeholders.
• Adaptability and Flexibility: The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a flexible approach to work assignments and deadlines.
• Continuous Learning: A commitment to ongoing professional development, with a desire to learn and improve practices in classroom management and student support.

Salary and Benefits

This position offers a competitive daily rate of pay, estimated at £95-£120 per day, based on experience and qualifications.
