As a Graduate Civil Engineering Specialist, you will contribute to delivering high-quality projects that shape the built environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in project work at concept and scheme design, modelling, detailed design, specification, and drawing
  • Preparing reports, providing advice, and guidance to clients and project teams
  • Liaising with internal and external team members, developing relationships, and people skills
  • Managing your own workload to meet project deadlines

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Sustainable urban drainage, biodiversity net gain, flood risk, and nutrient neutrality knowledge or an interest in these fields
  • Digital engineering skills, including coding experience related to design automation or other digitisation improvements
  • Additional languages fluent or professionally applicable, as well as English
  • Relevant under or post-graduate industry experience
  • Experience with relevant software tools, e.g., AutoCAD, WinDES, PDS, Civil 3D, Infodrainage
  • A full UK driving license
  • Student or Graduate Membership with the ICE and/or IStructE

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent health benefits, 25 days of holiday (buy/sell up to five days), an earlier finish on Fridays, a day off for a good cause, and a huge range of flexible benefits.
