Key Responsibilities- Lead the Medical Team to ensure the school provides high-quality medical support to children with long-term medical needs.
- Work closely with families to provide support and advice on medical needs.
- Liaise with professionals and hospital staff to ensure children receive the best possible care and medical advice.
- Support staff in assessing problems presented by pupils and staff, taking appropriate action and communicating with parents in line with school policy.

We are looking for a candidate with:
- Medical qualifications (e.g., Nursing, Doctor)
- Experience working in a medical or educational setting with children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team and train staff as needed
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to offer high-level pastoral care
- IT literacy, with a high level of competence in Microsoft Excel and Word
