About the Role

As a Relief Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. You will work with all age groups, supporting their learning and development, and contributing to the on-going success of our company.

Some key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Providing relief cover for team holidays, training, and other staff leave
  • Working with all age groups (0-5 years) across the nursery
  • Supporting children's learning and development through play-based activities
  • Contributing to a positive and inclusive nursery environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Naturally nurturing, caring, and compassionate approach to working with children
  • Some experience of caring for children under five, ideally in a nursery environment
  • Interest in child development and how children learn
  • Ability to be a positive role model to the children in their care
  • Enjoy contributing within a busy, team environment
