Job Summary

We are looking for a Care Assistant who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care, supporting residents with their daily needs, and promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care to residents, including personal care, medication management, and mobility support
  • Support residents with their daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Encourage residents to participate in activities and engage with their surroundings
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive comprehensive care
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and participate in regular reviews

Requirements

We are looking for a Care Assistant who:

Has a genuine interest in caring for older peopleIs able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleaguesIs a team player, able to work collaboratively with othersIs willing to participate in training and development opportunities
