Business Unit Manager

Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for driving success in the manufacturing, construction, or engineering industry? We're seeking a highly skilled Business Unit Manager to join our team at Kilcronagh Business Park, Cookstown.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate teams across two sites, providing guidance and support.
  • Oversee all commercial aspects, monitoring expenditure and managing waste.
  • Ensure compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), taking action as necessary.
  • Collaborate with departments across the Group, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Manage onboarding and training of new staff, including probation processes.
  • Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of recent management experience within the manufacturing, construction, or engineering industry.
  • At least 2 years of senior management experience overseeing supervisors or managers.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and manage time effectively.
  • Full, clean driver's licence.

Hours of work: 7.30 am - 5 pm, Monday - Thursday & 7.30 am - 4 pm Friday
