Customer Experience Investigator

As a Complaints/Customer Experience Advisor, you will play a critical role in investigating customer complaints and ensuring that we deliver an outstanding end-to-end customer journey.
Salary
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes up to 28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) with the opportunity to buy and sell leave.
Job Description
As a Complaints/Customer Experience Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to investigate customer complaints and provide quality assurance within the team. You will review correspondence with customers and colleagues to ensure consistency and accuracy of responses, carry out audits of complaints cases, and prepare case files for the Housing Ombudsman Service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in the investigation of customer feedback and complaints
- Experience in multi-channel responses to customer feedback, including social media, Google reviews, letter writing, and informal communication methods
- Experience of complaint audits and dealing with sensitive and controversial issues in a professional manner
- Experience working in partnership with colleagues and external stakeholders at an operational level
- Ability to work alongside and influence teams and processes to resolve complex issues
- Previous experience working in the housing sector would be advantageous

Please note that this role requires a driving license and a DBS check prior to employment. The position will involve attending meetings at our Worcester/Solihull office and visiting customer homes as part of some case investigations.
