Territory Sales Director

Honda Motor Europe is seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the UK North Region.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your sales career and work with a leading global brand. We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including a company car and pension scheme.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering sales targets across the region, working closely with our Retailers to implement our Future Sales Programme. This is a field-based role requiring a full driving license and flexibility for overnight stays as needed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing our Future Sales Programme across the region.
- Working closely with Retailers to drive sales activity.
- Evaluating Retailer sales performance.
- Providing training and support to Retailer staff.
- Identifying opportunities to improve sales processes.
The ideal candidate will have experience of selling and achieving commercial targets, proven analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
