About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Personal Care Specialist to join our team. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to individuals with complex needs.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Administer medication as required and maintain accurate records.
  • Support clients with non-invasive ventilation, cough assist, pressure area care, and peg feeding.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in complex care and paediatrics is essential.
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications are preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
