JMF Associates seeks an experienced AP Assistant to manage European supplier relationships, ensure accurate payment processing, and maintain strong vendor partnerships.

About the Job

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team and take ownership of European supplier management, verifying POs for accuracy, requesting proofs of delivery, and chasing approvals for payments.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing European suppliers, ensuring timely payments adhere to contract terms
  • Verifying POs for accuracy and approval before payment processing
  • Executing monthly payment runs in multiple currencies
  • Processing credit card expenses and reconciling supplier statements
  • Liaising with suppliers to resolve issues promptly and according to company policy
Key Requirements

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in a large group
  • Strong systems skills and proficiency in multi-currency operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
