Culinary Master

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our team at Oakland Central Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food to our residents while working closely with the Head Chef.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a minimum of 2 years' catering experience, and knowledge of therapeutic and textured diets. You will also need to be aware of relevant regulations and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure an exceptional dining experience for all residents
• Prepare nutritional snacks as required and directed by the Registered Manager
• Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and kitchen team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• At least 2 years' experience in a catering or hospitality role
• Awareness of relevant regulations and legislation
• Knowledge of therapeutic and textured diets
