About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and social interaction to our clients, including regular and meaningful conversations.
  • Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, light housework, and personal care.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and shopping, providing transportation and support as needed.
  • Support clients with medication management, including prompting and administration.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and reassurance.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide comprehensive care and support to our clients.
