Job Overview:

The Third Party Risk Manager role at CV Library is a critical position that involves overseeing third-party risk management within our organization.

This key role requires close collaboration with colleagues across various departments to apply a robust third-party risk management framework, identify potential risks associated with third-party relationships, and develop strategies to mitigate them.

You will have the opportunity to refine your skills and knowledge in risk management, build strong working relationships with stakeholders, and contribute to the effective management of third-party risk.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Support the business in managing third-party risk by identifying, reporting, managing, and mitigating risk within a defined risk appetite.
  2. Process Improvement: Conduct quality assurance testing on key TPRM and governance processes to identify weaknesses and trends, and drive activity to improve process design and capability.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain trusted working partnerships with key stakeholders across the bank to align and create synergies between inter-related frameworks and non-financial risks.
  4. Regulatory Compliance: Interpret the latest regulatory requirements and changes, manage updates to the TPRM framework to ensure ongoing compliance to outsourcing regulatory requirements.
  5. Contingency Planning: Provide oversight of the development and testing of robust third-party exit and contingency plans for critical suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Risk Management Experience: Demonstrated knowledge of third-party risk and experience working in a first or second line of defence risk role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience working in a financial services or supply chain environment.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
