Job Title: Senior Transfer Price Modeling Lead

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Transfer Price Modeling Lead to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain function, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end transfer price modeling process, partnering with the Head of Supply Chain in procurement analysis, and providing financial information and analysis to support the business' commercial operations objectives.

  • You will take ownership of all input templates for TP modeling entries, support internal stakeholders with their inputs, and actively challenge their assumptions and data sources to ensure the right information is provided.
  • You will prepare models and summary reports of findings for financial and business analysis of proposed latest output from the model.
  • You will analyze current transfer prices and movements of proposed forecast transfer prices.
  • You will prepare market analysis and commentary relating to relevant external triggers, markets, ingredient values, supply and demand.
  • You will perform ongoing analysis to identify specific hotspots to iterate for future versions of the transfer price and provide recommendations on risk mitigation or opportunities to pursue.
Source to Pay & Planning Responsibilities:
  • You will provide contract support and costing analysis in the pre-signature stage with potential suppliers.
  • You will conduct market analysis with procurement on forward-looking cost estimation – risks and opportunities.
  • You will create a price ingredient register of inventory and FIFO allocation when converting from materials into finished goods.
  • You will review POs against contract pricing (actuals vs contract analysis) and perform PPV analysis reporting.
  • You will analyze savings of materials costs and track them (P&L cost reductions vs cost avoidance etc.).
Requirements
  • You must have strong modeling and some financial/procurement reporting skills, underpinned by analysis experience.
  • Your ability with Microsoft Excel should be at a high level, and ideally you will also have experience in Oracle NetSuite, our finance and purchase order system.
  • You must have clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • You should possess creative thinking to solve problems and bring new ideas and ways of working.
  • You should have excellent organizational skills, being able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • You should have core computer literacy around standard Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.).
