About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Driver Loader to join our team at Recooty in Aston, Birmingham.

The ideal candidate will have experience driving a 3.5 ton vehicle and be able to collect waste from domestic properties and big national companies efficiently.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all collections are completed on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving a 3.5 ton vehicle to collect waste from various locations
  • Collecting waste from domestic properties and big national companies
  • Maintaining accurate records of collections

Requirements:

  • A valid driving license with no more than 6 points
  • A clear DBS check
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience driving a 3.5 ton van or similar vehicle
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to use own smartphone and have data and minutes

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £11 per hour, paid for every hour worked, with a potential of earning up to £34,000 p/a. In addition to this, we offer a range of benefits including:

  • Monthly pay direct to your bank account
  • Access to on-demand payment system
  • 28 days paid holiday
  • 35-hour minimum guarantee contract
  • 7am starts - 6pm finish (average)
