Pegasus Homes is a dynamic business that designs, builds, and creates high-quality homes for independent later living. We're looking for a Regional Facilities Assistant to ensure our developments meet health and safety standards.

About the Role

This role involves providing regional cover for site-based staff, ensuring a consistent approach to Health & Safety, Compliance, and Customer Engagement. You'll lead on general customer service, building checks, facilitation of external contractors, and event organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • General customer service and being the first point of contact for owners and tenants
  • Regular building checks, including fire alarm testing, water flushing, and emergency light testing
  • Facilitating external contractors and ensuring Health & Safety requirements are met
  • Organising events and activities for customers, creating a wonderful community
Requirements

You'll need property/facilities experience, a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and strong IT skills. A full driving licence and own vehicle are essential due to frequent travel across the region.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,500 per annum, plus mileage expenses and an enhanced benefits package. Benefits include enhanced annual leave, contributory pension scheme, life assurance, and more.
