Job Title: SHEQ Manager

We are seeking an experienced SHEQ Manager to champion our safety and compliance strategies and embed a culture of safety and compliance across all levels of operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain SHEQ management systems to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and Occupational Health and Safety surveys and audits for continual improvement.
  • Develop and execute training programs on safety and compliance for staff at all levels.
  • Provide data and information for monthly Health and Safety Divisional reports.
  • Chair monthly Health and Safety meetings and provide documented minutes to the Technical Director.
  • Monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality and investigate and report on scrappage/ implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • General NEBOSH certificate
  • Fire Safety
  • Risk Assessment experience
  • Excellent IT Skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
