Job Description

This role is part of the Customer Operations team, responsible for optimising product availability to Burberry stores and wholesale customers through efficient supply chain management.

As a Customer Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and wholesale customers to ensure timely order fulfilment, accurate communication, and seamless logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Account Management
    • Manage wholesale accounts across multiple countries in the EMEIA region
    • Prepare and edit order confirmations and send to customers
    • Raise orders for replenishment and store openings/events
    • Participate in creating customer relationship plans, attend customer meetings, and manage communication via emails and phone calls
    • Process cancellations, credits, debits, returns of faulty and non-faulty goods
    • Provide daily activity reports as needed by the business, leadership, or account
    • Manage daily queries and communication with outlet and retail teams ensuring fastest availability to answer ever-changing business needs
  2. Hub Teams/Transportation
    • Monitor order to shipment flow to ensure timely shipping and coordinate with hub
    • Prepare shipments according to customers' requirements, export procedures, and provide instructions to hubs
  3. Credit Management
    • Work closely with the accounts receivable team to reconcile invoices/investigate discrepancies/raise proforma invoices/follow up on account credit release
  4. Order Management
    • Communicate shortages, vendor delays, and re-timings to the region/customers
  5. Team Support
    • Support supervisor with daily tasks and monitoring team orderbook
    • Actively participate in team training and provide support along with supervisor

Estimated salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum (dependent on location)
