Job Overview

The Digital Learning Specialist plays a pivotal role in the implementation, utilization, and adoption of the Learning Management System in EMEA Endoscopy. This individual will also serve as an Instructional Designer, responsible for developing trainings that meet the strategic business needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance for the EMEA Endoscopy LMS evolution, recommending technology or workflow solutions to efficiently deliver and track trainings.
  • Collaborate with Global Sales Training, EMEA LMS CoE, and other BSC divisional counterparts to leverage shared catalogs and technology expertise.
  • Maintain the daily operation and use of the LMS, including establishing curricula, users, user groups, and other sub-systems.
  • Create, maintain, and distribute dashboards and reports that meet the business needs.
  • Design and develop e-learning modules, virtual sessions, and curriculums that enhance user learning experiences.
  • Assess and recommend new learning tools and platforms to improve user engagement.
  • Support Commercial Learning & Development managers in the execution of Virtual Training programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Informational Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a LMS administrator or experience equivalency.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as Instructional Designer or experience equivalency.
  • Experience with Adobe Learning Manager, and other authoring tools (Captivate, Storyline, Rise, Brainshark...).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills combined with ability to work independently and proactively as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: can articulate thoughts and ideas (technical and non-technical) clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
  • High level-fluent English Language required.
