Job Title: Night Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team at We Support LTD. As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to individuals with disabilities or special needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized support and assistance to individuals with disabilities or special needs, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.
  • Help individuals develop and maintain independent living skills, empowering them to reach their full potential.
  • Support individuals in participating in community activities and social events, fostering social connections and a sense of belonging.
  • Document and report any changes in behavior or health status to the appropriate personnel, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to create and implement individualized care plans, tailoring support to meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times, maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
