Job Summary

A unique opportunity has arisen to join The New Homes Group as a Trainee Mortgage Adviser. This role offers an excellent career advancement path for individuals who are passionate about providing quality advice and sales to customers in the financial services industry.

Salary Information

The salary for this position includes a guaranteed commission structure, with a basic salary of £25K per annum during the first 16 weeks of training. From month 4 to month 6, the salary increases to £30K per annum, and from month 7 to month 10, it reaches £32.5K per annum. From month 10 to month 16, the salary is £35K per annum, and from month 17 onwards, it reverts to £25K basic salary plus unlimited commission, with an estimated OTE of £45K+. The contract basis is full-time and permanent, with 14 positions available.

About the Role

This telephone-based role requires strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with outstanding communication and listening skills. The ability to explain complex information in a clear and simple format is essential. You will be working with dedicated Adviser Support Teams, focusing on contacting customers, securing appointments, and progressing mortgage and protection applications.

Requirements

Educated to A-level or equivalent standard is preferable but not essential. A strong desire to work within the Financial Services industry, particularly within mortgages and protection, is required. A strong track record in customer service and sales is also necessary. Excellent IT skills and a competent Microsoft Office user are expected, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
