Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Second Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will have relevant experience in catering and be able to implement high standards of food preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook meals according to menu requirements and company standards.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment by adhering to food safety regulations.
  • Monitor stock levels and maintain effective stock rotation.
  • Deputise for the Head Chef as required.
Requirements:
  • Friendly and motivated individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of special dietary and nutritional requirements.
  • Food Hygiene Level 2 qualification and NVQ Level 2 desirable.
