About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Rodericks Dental Partners. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a vital role in ensuring their experience is exceptional.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care and support, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all patients.
- Manage patient diaries and schedules, ensuring timely and accurate appointments.
- Work closely with our dental team to understand treatment options and provide patients with clear information and guidance.
- Process payments and manage patient debt, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
- Liaise with dental laboratories, suppliers, and other external partners to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Key Skills and Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- IT skills, with the ability to learn and use our practice management software.
