We're seeking a talented individual to join our Eastbourne (Polegate) Premier Inn team as a Ground Floor Team Member. As a key member of our hotel team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have a memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including making cocktails and serving meals.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a sense of belonging and camaraderie among colleagues.
