  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients receive a positive and professional experience from start to finish.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed targets relating to appointments, sales, and customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Maintain a compliant service, adhering to all relevant authorities' requirements and regulations.
  • Record Keeping: Update records using our computer software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in a sales or customer-facing role is preferred but not essential.
  • Skills: Great telephone skills, delivery of exceptional customer service, strength in building trust and relationships, fabulous organization skills, motivated and tenacious outlook, target-driven, and hardworking.
  • Knowledge: Some knowledge of the mortgage process is desirable but not essential.
Work Pattern

39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday (8:30am-5:30pm), Friday (8:30am-4:30pm), one Saturday per month (with a day off in lieu), and one late evening per month (10am-7pm).
