Deputy Manager Role

We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join our new Mental Health Intensive Support service at House 10, Enterprise Court, Bangor. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our team to deliver high-quality care and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Manager in leading the team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans and services
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamwork
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and services, identifying areas for improvement
