Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Designer to join our team. As a Senior Technical Designer, you will work closely with various disciplines to ensure the game vision is aligned across the board. Your input will be crucial in shaping technical workflows and production pipelines that drive the project forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with art, engineering, design, and production teams to ensure game vision alignment.
  • Prototype new gameplay features and provide guidance to design and technical teams.
  • Design, implement, and take ownership of various game systems, ensuring they meet both design goals and technical requirements.
  • Analyse and deconstruct the work of others to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in game and level design.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in a Design/Engineering position with an emphasis on Technical Design.
  • Shipped at least one commercial title on current gen consoles.
  • Multiplayer experience is a bonus.
  • Experience in networking and Unreal Engine.
  • Knowledge of visual scripting suites (Blueprints).
