Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the design and development of Engineering projects, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives.
  2. Apply Design for Manufacture (DFM) principles to enhance product development.
  3. Oversee internal and external testing with our Laboratories team.
  4. Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve product issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  5. Maintain accurate documentation, including design files and Bill of Materials (BOM).
  6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise product quality and cost efficiency.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
  1. HNC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  2. Proficiency in 3D CAD software.
  3. Experience in Mechanical product design and strong understanding of engineering drawings.
  4. Technical expertise in material strengths and engineering processes to facilitate effective design for manufacturing.
