We are seeking a highly skilled Asbestos Consultant to join our team at Austin Fraser. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial and residential sites across the Midlands region.

The successful candidate will hold the P402 qualification (BOHS or RPSH equivalent) and have experience in conducting management, demolition, and refurbishment asbestos surveys. They will also be comfortable working with clients, discussing technical matters and providing written reports.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to progress their career and gain further training and development opportunities.

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct thorough asbestos surveys on commercial and residential sites
  • Write comprehensive technical reports for clients
  • Safely complete sampling of suspected ACMs
  • Work in accordance with UKAS and HSG 264 guidelines

The estimated salary for this position is £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
