Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Key Account Specialist to join our team at Staffline Recruitment Ireland. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and matching the needs of our clients and candidates to provide quality tailored recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their recruitment needs are met
- Source and attract top talent to meet client requirements
- Negotiate fees and rates in line with company policy
- Manage client expectations and provide regular feedback on service quality
- Collate information on clients, including employee numbers, department, and attrition rates
- Identify sales opportunities and cross-sell our services
- Responsible for adding information to our recruitment system
- Network with clients and candidates to build relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Generate management information and complete client satisfaction surveys
- Gather client information through calls, visits, and networking events
- Responsible for candidate sourcing and talent pooling
- Skills testing and providing information to candidates on client history, structure, culture, and promotion prospects
- Offer advice to candidates on pay rates, training, and career progression
- Manage temp availability to meet client needs
- Quality checks, including national insurance checks, verification of qualifications, and reference checking
- Develop and maintain effective use and maintenance of our CRM system
- Assist Branch Manager in recruitment and selection of staff, including induction, coaching, and development
Requirements:
- 1 year's recruitment consultancy experience within the last 5 years or 2 years' direct sales experience within the last 5 years in a target-driven environment
- Experience of using MS Office, including Microsoft Word and Outlook
- 5 GCSEs at grades A-C or equivalent, including English and Maths
Qualities and Disposition:
We are looking for a target-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding financial and business KPIs. You will be a proactive and dedicated Key Account Specialist who is able to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
